AI trading journal
The AI trading journal that reads your trades, not your prompts.
Ora, Edgyx's coach, measures what you actually do: stops held, size after a loss, re-entries that come too fast. She tells you before, during and after the session. She never trades for you and gives no signals.

Sunday debrief
Example · a week of 23 trades
- What held
- Stops respected on 21 trades out of 23
- What cost
- 3 re-entries within 15 min of a stop
- Score of the week
- 74
The one thing to change on Monday
After a stop, wait for the next 15-minute candle before re-entering. On Tuesday, the two quick re-entries cost you more than the rest of the week made.
What is an AI trading journal?
An AI trading journal records your trades like a regular journal, then reads them for you: it looks for the recurring habits that cost money, such as re-entering right after a stop or sizing up after a loss. Where a spreadsheet shows your numbers, the AI tells you what they say.
In Edgyx, that reading is done by Ora. She works from your automatically imported trades and from medians measured on real accounts, not from a chat: you don't have to ask anything for her to warn you.
What Ora watches, at every moment of the session
Before
A trade without a stop, or a projected loss that would break your prop rule: Ora stops you before it is saved.
During
Two losses on the same instrument within a quarter hour, a size that grows after a loss: she recognises the sequence and says so during the session.
After
Every closed trade gets its analysis. The daily score breaks down into four: protection, process, emotional, journaling.
On Sunday
The weekly debrief: what held, the habit that cost, the one thing to change on Monday.
What Ora relies on
Your trades, imported automatically from MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader, Tradovate and TradeLocker, or by CSV file. And what thousands of real trades reveal, as anonymous aggregates.
69.4 %
of trades taken right after a loss, on the same instrument, end up losing.
Measured by Edgyx on 8,118 trades from real accounts, demo excluded.
What she doesn't do
- No trades executed, no signals, no market forecasts: the decision stays yours.
- Edgyx places no orders: it reads your trades, nothing more.
- Your data only leaves as anonymous aggregates, never published under 20 traders.
- The score only rates what it can measure: if your broker doesn't report stops, that factor leaves the calculation instead of penalising you.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI trading journal?
A journal that records your trades and analyses them for you: it spots the habits that cost money (re-entries after a stop, size that grows after a loss) and flags them, instead of leaving you to look for them in a table.
Is Edgyx's AI trading journal free?
Yes, up to 100 trades, no card needed: automatic import, journal and Ora's analyses included. The Premium and Elite plans lift the limit and add Edgyx Impact and deeper analyses.
How is it different from an Excel journal?
A spreadsheet keeps your trades if you copy them in, and computes what your formulas say. Edgyx imports them on its own and Ora looks for the sequences that cost money, then warns you during the session. A spreadsheet is enough to start: our free template is there for that.
Can Ora be wrong?
Yes, like any automated reading: she flags a sequence from your numbers, she doesn't know your intention. That is why she always explains what she relies on, and why she never decides for you.
Are my trades used for anything else?
Your trades stay yours. The only data that leaves your account is anonymous group aggregates, never published under 20 traders, never sold individually.
