•Edgyx is an AI-powered trading journal designed to help traders improve their psychology and performance.
•Ora, our AI coach, provides insights and analysis based on your trading data.
•Edgyx is NOT investment advice. We do not recommend trades or provide financial advice.
•Past performance analysis does not guarantee future results.

4. Pricing & Billing

•Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
•Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice.
•7-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.
•Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
•Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

•You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
•Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
•No refunds for partial months or unused time.
•Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Uses

•Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.
•Using the service for illegal activities or money laundering.
•Sharing your account with others or reselling access.
•Uploading malicious content or attempting to disrupt the service.
•Scraping or automated data extraction without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

•Edgyx, Ora, and all related trademarks are owned by Edgyx SAS.
•The platform code, design, and AI models are proprietary.
•Your trading data remains your property. We have a license to process it for the service.
•User-generated content (notes, plans) remains yours.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

•Trading involves risk. You may lose money. Edgyx is not responsible for trading losses.
•The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
•We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
•Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
•AI insights are for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

9. Governing Law

•These terms are governed by French law.
•Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
•EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.
