By accessing or using Edgyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Edgyx.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Edgyx is an AI-powered trading journal designed to help traders improve their psychology and performance.

Ora, our AI coach, provides insights and analysis based on your trading data.

Edgyx is NOT investment advice. We do not recommend trades or provide financial advice.

Past performance analysis does not guarantee future results.

Plans described as unlimited are unlimited for personal, human use: there is no hidden quota, and you never have to count your exchanges with Ora.

What is excluded is automation: scripts, bots, batched programmatic calls, or reselling Ora’s analysis capacity to third parties.

Access that is clearly automated may be temporarily suspended. If that happens we write to you first — the point is to understand what you need, not to cut you off.

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice.

Signing up opens the Free plan, with no credit card required and no time limit. Premium and Elite are paid subscriptions with no commitment: if you stop, your account moves back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds for partial months or unused time.

Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund available within 14 days of purchase.

Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Using the service for illegal activities or money laundering.

Sharing your account with others or reselling access.

Uploading malicious content or attempting to disrupt the service.

Scraping or automated data extraction without permission.

Edgyx, Ora, and all related trademarks are owned by Edgyx SAS.

The platform code, design, and AI models are proprietary.

Your trading data remains your property. We have a license to process it for the service.

User-generated content (notes, plans) remains yours.

Trading involves risk. You may lose money. Edgyx is not responsible for trading losses.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

AI insights are for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

These terms are governed by French law.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.

The Edgyx community (feed, comments, direct messages) has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour: insults, harassment, hateful or discriminatory speech, threats, sexual content, scams and spam.

You are responsible for what you post. A filter automatically rejects certain terms, which does not exempt anyone from following these rules.

Every member can report content and block another member: that member’s content then disappears from their feed, and the Edgyx team is notified.

The team reviews every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and its author may be suspended or permanently removed, without notice.

These rules also apply in the iOS and macOS app. By creating an account or signing in, you accept them.
